Be able to see data just relevant to "integrated gate"

Bug Description

The biggest health issues are where there are high levels of coupling between projects. The integrated gate with some of the foundational services in it is often our main backup.

I'd like to be able to filter OpenStack health data just by the integrated gate.

I pushed a prototype patch for this. (see above)
I think we should have options like below when the "Grouping" is set to "project".
 * all projects
 * integrated gate

And we probably should add a filter for "Failed Tests in Last 10 Failed Runs", too.

    Add search filter to job graphs on the homepage

    This commit adds the search filter to the job graphs on the homepage.
    With this patch, users can know the specified jobs such as the
    integrated tests like this filter[1].
