Lack of grouping / filtering ability for the job page

Bug Description

Like in the devstack result page[1] -> [3] it's not possible to see devstack for specific jobs( or other metadata keys).
For example, [1] -> [3] and page[2] -> [3], [4] -> [5] and [3] -> [5], etc...

This seems to need changing or adding subunit2sql API (like get_test_run_dict_by_run_meta_key_value) to get test_run_meta data too.
