Bug Description

Elastic recheck unit tests are now failing with the following stack trace:

  File "elastic_recheck/bot.py", line 53, in <module>
    import irc.bot
  File "/home/jenkins/workspace/gate-elastic-recheck-python27/.tox/py27/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/irc/bot.py", line 14, in <module>
    import irc.client
  File "/home/jenkins/workspace/gate-elastic-recheck-python27/.tox/py27/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/irc/client.py", line 67, in <module>
    from jaraco.itertools import always_iterable
ImportError: cannot import name always_iterable

Seems related to new releases of jaraco.itertools==1.6.1 (was 1.5.1) jaraco.collections==1.2 (was 1.1)
