os-api-ref: "None" listed as the filename for a warning message

Bug Description
I'm not sure if this a bug or should just be documented as a troubleshooting tip.
I was getting this:
Warning, treated as error:
None:9: ERROR: Unexpected indentation.
It turned out that one of my stanzas in parameters.yaml was like this:
whatever:
description: |
1 Beginning of paragraph
...
7 Yada yada yada
8 end of paragraph
9 - first list item
When I inserted a blank line between lines 8 and 9 in the description, the warning stopped.

Agreed, tough to debug the RST in parameters.yaml.
