delete attribute api exception

Bug Description

when delete attribute by uuid with cmd '', it raise the exception of 'openstack.exceptions.HttpException: HttpException: 500: Server Error for url: http://10.49.38.28/accelerator/v2/attributes/107cb9e6-c26d-4793-bf20-715faaa19dac, 'RequestContext' object has no attribute 'dbapi''.
