Bug Description
When asking a question on ask.openstack.org, 10 karma are required to post links without being moderated. While this obviously helps to reduce spam when the links lead to external websites, links to internal websites (such as links to specific pages in the docs, or to other questions) should be allowed without having to wait for moderation.
