Bug Description

The puppet-modules.sh script currently doesn't have a variable for users to specify a repo URL--it only uses FTP. We should modify this to include the ability to fetch packages via HTTP and allow for HTTP proxies.

Per discussion with Robert, no change is actually needed in terms of proxy support: the install instructions today direct the user how to specify proxy settings via the environment, and those will get passed around appropriately in the script as-is. Thus, all that's needed here is to parameterize the URL to make it easier for the user to change.
