Bug Description
The multi_host flag has a comment above it which says, and I paraphrase
# If you change the value of this variable NOTHING WILL WORK AND ALIENS WILL EAT YOUR FACE
$random_
In fact, the only reason you would change it is if you're not using Folsom or you're not using Quantum.
The manifest is specifically folsom and I don't believe that using nova-networking is really an option for our manifests, so can we remove it entirely?
