when i added <email address hidden> as a reviewer on https:/
it reported that Wu Hong Guang <email address hidden> does not identify a registered user or group
i don't have the problem before

As discussed in #openstack-infra on IRC, this was because you tried authenticating with a second Launchpad OpenID account, causing Gerrit to generate conflicting accounts for the same E-mail address. At your request I have disabled the second account in Gerrit.
