logstash log_url values are incorrect due to missing '.gz' extension

As an example, this query:
http://logstash.openstack.org/#eyJzZWFyY2giOiJsb2dfdXJsOlwiaHR0cDovL2xvZ3Mub3BlbnN0YWNrLm9yZy84My8xMTQ0ODMvMTYvY2hlY2svY2hlY2stdGVtcGVzdC1kc3ZtLXBvc3RncmVzLWZ1bGwvZTI3ZTQxMi9sb2dzL2xpYnZpcnRkLnR4dFwiIiwiZmllbGRzIjpbXSwib2Zmc2V0IjowLCJ0aW1lZnJhbWUiOiIxNDQwMCIsImdyYXBobW9kZSI6ImNvdW50IiwidGltZSI6eyJ1c2VyX2ludGVydmFsIjowfSwic3RhbXAiOjE0MDkwOTkxMTA3NDcsIm1vZGUiOiIiLCJhbmFseXplX2ZpZWxkIjoiIn0=

includes log_url values of:
http://logs.openstack.org/83/114483/16/check/check-tempest-dsvm-postgres-full/e27e412/logs/libvirtd.txt

However, a file not found error is returned for that url due to the fact that such files are compressed / changed to .gz files.

works fine

Need to add a '.gz' to such urls if they are to be useable.
