Bug Description

Need to puppet activity.openstack.org and rebuild it on a newer Rackspace Nova (non-legacy) server. These two tasks can probably be integrated more easily.

A low-hanging-fruit would be something that can be dealt with within a day, among other criterions. I think this work requires more than a day, this is why I removed the low-hanging-fruit tag.

Yes, I can't recall why I had tagged this as LHF a year ago, but I agree it likely requires at least some assistance from Infra Team root sysadmins as well as the current activity.o.o maintainers.
