Bug Description
The coverage jobs, while great, are largely hidden because they're off in a corner. The output data should really get shoved into graphite so that we can make interesting global graph report pages. Also, while we're doing those graphs, we should be able to do additional things like graphs with various projects coverage numbers - or graphs with coverage vs. tempest something - or something - since all the data would be in graphite.
