Bug Description
Pep8 1.1 was released into Pypi 5 hours ago. Pretty much every project we have fails the new whitespace rules in it. But we aren't reporting these failures back correctly. See:

We need to keep the artefacts with the failure log.

This is actually a bug in some of our Jenkins jobs. When we switch to using Jenkins Job Filler for these projects this will go away.
