Bug Description
collectd is unable to report ceph data as the plugin fails with following errors:

[2022-03-10 15:22:56] [error] ceph plugin: ds .targetBytes was not properly initialized.
[2022-03-10 15:22:56] [error] ceph plugin: JSON handler failed with status -1.
