wrong rabbitmq password populated in containerized collectd.conf

Bug Description

This method to collect rabbitmq password is wrong:
 35 grep undercloud_rabbit_password /home/stack/undercloud-passwords.conf | sed 's/undercloud_rabbit_password: //g'

The default user information is collected correctly as:
 28 command: hiera -c /etc/puppet/hiera.yaml rabbitmq::default_user

This issue is only for undercloud as overcloud password information is collected correctly:
 46 command: hiera -c /etc/puppet/hiera.yaml rabbitmq::default_pass
