Bug Description

This line in the doc referenced galera-bootstrap tag. That tag isn't found in galera-install.yml.

# openstack-ansible galera-install.yml --tags galera-bootstrap

I just ran into this issue and apparently this non existing tag is still documented to be used for recovery in even the latest documentation, see https://docs.openstack.org/openstack-ansible/latest/admin/maintenance-tasks.html#galera-cluster-recovery
