Bug Description

when upgrading, the UCA repos of older release are not removed from host/containers.

so you endup with a lot of repos in the UCA list file.

we should remove the old repos on upgrade.

Maybe a log of the change of repo should help, and a log of the user_*.yml variables too.

It was discussed during triage, and it happens on all nodes. In O/P we don't remove uca in pip_install role , we just add the new one.
