Bug Description
For writing unit and regression tests, it would be convenient to be able to readily redirect logging messages to a file, syslog configuration, or Perl scalar /other/ than whatever is specified in the bootstrap config. This would allow live_t test cases to reliably inspect logging output.
A possible implementation would be adding methods to OpenSRF:
