Export preferences aren't saved when saving a project

Bug Description
OpenShot 1.2.2 (and 1.3.0~alpha1), Ubuntu 10.10
When I save a project, before or after exporting, it doesn't seem to save my preferences. If I want Web > Vimeo HD > 720p 30fps > High, why would I want those preferences forgotten for the next export? Ya, I might want to use 'Medium' instead of 'High' but it should still remember my export preferences so I don't have to endlessly re-do my preferences on every export.
