print screen - right adjusted numeric fields

Bug Description

I know it's a wish
numeric values should be printed right adjusted.
1) it makes reading long columns difficult
2) it does not look very professional.

Unfortunately patch does not work against branch 5.0 r1735
I am happy to this fixed in the next release although I would be happy to see it already now.

may be page numbers, printing date and report name (form page 2 on) could make it to into the next release

having this print screen becomes a widely usable document "document"
