a workaround is to set in /etc/sysconfig/i18n

LANG="fr_FR.utf8" instead of LANG="fr_FR.UTF-8"

and

export LC_ALL="fr_FR.utf8" (i put this line in /root/.bash_profile)

A good restart and it's work for me !
