Bug Description
Hello,
I'm working with OpenERP in spanish language, where the amounts are expressed in format 1.000,00.
However, when exporting to CSV, the amounts are exported as 1000.00
This makes it difficult to handle exported data using spreadsheets, because it requires the user to substitute the dot '.' with a comma ','.
