Bug Description
Currently the multi-company setup makes the assumption that a user will have the same role with each their Allowed Companies. Although is probably a fairly generalised assumption, it is not a safe one.
As an example, Mr Person has 3 allowed companies.
CompanyA (parent company of CompanyB & Company C) - Director (can see financial reporting)
CompanyB - Director (can see financial reporting)
CompanyC - Executive Director (can see financial reporting) and acts as a Project Manager (update projects, create invoices for approval, manage people).
The current setup means that the Mr Person also has the permissions of the Project Manager in CompanyA and CompanyB.
This needs to be changed to that there is a better linking between the User, the groups they are in and their Allowed Companies.

This should probably end up being tagged for a later release as it is likely to affect a bunch of core code.
