it's mandatory to print customer reference on outgoing packing list (Deliviery order)

I have checked your issue.
But is is not a bug it's improvement.

I have checked that currently the customer reference is passed only in invoice not in picking.
So the customer reference passed only in invoice report not in the delivery order report.

So it's improvement and we will consider it as a feature roadmaps.

As usual we have different opions on such issues.

In real life big customers can not process packing lists without "their" reference, especially if multiple sale orders are open in parallel.

FYI
we have already created a moduls which add "printed notes" to pickings to allow "free" communication with clients.
