Install module hr_payroll
Create new Rule Salary
Create payroll with employee Quentin De Paoli
Press buttom Compute Sheet
Add Other Input with Rule Salary created
Press buttom Compute Sheet

didn't you forget to link this new rule salary to the salary structure of the contract of Quentin Paolino? I don't think i seen this in your video
