Bug Description
I have openerp 7.0 installed server.
I've installed document and document_ftp and aplly <server IP Address>:8021.
When i click on shared repository(ftp) : it browse ftp://admin@ <server IP Address>
I'm able to connect My to ftp server. When I m trying to connect, I got "Connection Timed Out"
Is this bug ?

I had the same problem but only if i started openerp 7.0 in multithreaded mide (e.g.: workers=4) - But there was no feedback in webinterface that FTP will not work in Multithreaded Mode - I was only able to see this in the log files.
