salary rule debit and cretid accounts needs need to be filter, it can not be type view accounts

Bug Description
In Salary Rule form page accounting
'Debit Account' and 'Credit Account' can not be an account of type view.
This related to account fields needs to be filter
.. note: needs to be installed hr_payroll_account.
