l10n_co: Notes for each account were not properly configured

I should have written in English, of course.
Colombian chart of accounts (l10n_co) was written including the full description of the account into the notes of each field (which was a great idea!). However, the description included doesn't match the account in numerous (most) cases in account_chart.xml. If the developer used a script for creating the xml this should be an easy fix.

script and as.you say it is easy fix.
