Bug Description
Error Message during final save after deleting one of many answers
You must enter one or more Answers for question "Employee Information" of page Employee Appraisal Form.
To reproduce:
New DB with survey (and sales)
open "Self appraisal" and try to remove AND save one of multiple answers
