Bug Description

The service item context menu is not fully documented. For example the option to set a theme per service item is missing.

I am going to assume this is bug is to verify the Service Manager sub-menus and make corrections as needed, if that is NOT the intent, please let me know.

Added a section about the global service level theme setting
Added a description of the single item expand and collapse icons
Added a section for renaming items in the list
Added a section for creating a new custom slide
Updated the note about what happens when you edit a song in the service manager
