when bling module is active the windows are blinking

Bug Description
hi mi problem starts when i use the bling module, my windows (firefox, openoffice, whatever) starts to blink and the configuration windows is blocked if i open some for to change some configuration.
when i open my session, this error appear and sometimes the shelf not work.
