Itask-NG Gadcon Icons not working when set to desktop

Bug Description
I have my Itask-NG setup in this manner.
Gadcon 1
Launcher 2
Gadcon 3
In Gadcon 1 I have the Deskshow icon and in Gadcon 3 I have the trach icon.
If I set the stacking of Itask-NG in the properties to On Deskop the Gadcon Icons do not work.
changing the stacking to above all or below full screen the Gadcon Icons work just fine.
