Bug Description

Using the 4.2.3.3 client source on OSX, netrpc connections fail unless you comment out the sock.disconnect() lines in rpc.py. After that netrpc connections work fine.

Sorry, but we must keep this line.
You can add a blueprint for futur release if you want.

A blueprint for what exactly?

Perhaps this bug should be titled: "NetRPC does not work on OSX".
