list pager does not refresh when clicking on next or previous form elements

Bug Description
When using a <tree> tag in a form view the pager displayed keep the value when moving to the next or previous element.
Example :
An element contains more than 80 lines, click 'next' to go to the second page of the list, then if the next element has less than 80 lines, the list still displays the second page with no elements.
The pager needs to be refresh to display the first page.

I reproduce it on the runbot Version 8.0alpha1 adding more than 80 sale order lines
