Bug Description
Hello, on my OpenERP 7.0 Ubuntu 12.04 I see that in graph when there's a long bar the tip text with the value is positioned over the browser cutting part of the text, see picture

Yes, I have face the same problem when bar value too long. If you scrolling the horizontal scroll bar than It's seems complete text. But we should Improve the position of "flotr-
