Bug Description

When creating a custom filter, it is possible to make it common to all user and to use it by default. Those options should be exclusive. either you share it or you use it by default but not both.

If one option is check, uncheck the other.

This is fixed in web 7.0 after revision 3770 revision-id: <email address hidden>.

@Chintan Ram: Thanks for contributing a patch, however we ended up keeping checkboxes because radio buttons are impractical when you change your mind and you suddenly don't want to check either option.

BTW these 2 flags are not in fact exclusive, but most normal users should not toggle them both at once. It is still possible to check them both via the "Manage Filters" menu (in debug mode) or as admin in the Technical settings menu.
