Create db should raise error if db exists

Bug Description

Hello,

In Web 6.1, When we trying to create a database which is already exist, then it should raise error message.

But instead of giving error message, its imply login into database.

If I give different password then its displaying message that "Invalid Username or Password"

I think there must be error message that Database is already created.

This has been fixed in lp:~openerp-dev/openerp-web/6.1-opw-574907-msh.

Soon it will be merged with stable version 6.1.
