Error in creating a new database - Open erp 5.0

Bug Description

Encountered an error (not sure why it's pointing to an internally developed module, fs3_bom_mod2v2) while creating a new database.

I think that you have mentioned some file in _terp_.py which is not being read by the server.
Configure your _terp_.py correctly.
Try resolving this issue.

This error can be due to the calling of some files in _init_.py,
which may be of the developed module, fs3_bom_mod2v2.
Please check the _init_.py file.
