Icehouse
broswer: Firefox

When creating a new project in Horizon, project list is not being refreshed in contrail UI to reference new project to create network attributes. New project will only show up in list after logging out and then back into UI.

Release Note:
After creating a new project using Keystone or Horizon. For the member users added as admin role, the project will appear in Contrail UI only after relogin.

Will this get fixed in future release or will this behavior remain? I did not see this in releases prior to 2.0.

In stead of taking project list from tokenObjs, now issue a keystone request to
get the project list filtered with API Server project list.

Do not compare keystone projects and API Server projects, as they will not be in
sync, so fetch all projects from keystone alone.
