Bug Description
- Give parent accounts the ability to excuse absences through Open Student (send an email to the parent when the child is absent or when an absence has been excused in order to prevent him/her to excuse him/herself using parent credentials).
- When the student gets 18 unlock this functionality in his/her account (the birthday data can only be changed by the class tutor).
To excuse an absence, the account sends a request to teachers' Open Student.
