dictionary lens not working in ubuntu 12.04

Bug Description

I've installed dictionary lens through synaptic. The Dictionary Lens icon doesn't show.The function for searching for words definitions doesn't work either. Clear ubuntu 12.04 install.

Mine does not even install; it can't find "unity-singlet". Isn't that supposed to be python-unity-singlet? I'm also on 12.04.

The install is easily fixable, but it doesn't work even after that. Here's the relevant piece of info:

mfisch@caprica:~/Downloads/work$ ./dictionary-lens

I think this was written with an older version of singlet, I imagine porting it to a newer version would allow it to work

In 13.10 Saucy unity-dictionary-lens is not even available anymore. (Same for unity-calculator-lens, btw.)

Will they ever be be available again?
