Olive should offer a way to detect renamed files

Bug Description

It would be great if olive could detect possible renames of files due to external programs. For example if one used eclipse to rename a Java class. There is a branch to add this to the bzr command line but it would be great to be able to do this in a graphical way as well. This would allow the user to verify and change the auto detected renaming in case it makes a mistake...

This is something that bzr or a bzr plugin should provide as it is useful in general, rather than bzr-gtk.

I would think there are 2 bugs here. One, provide rename autodetection. Two, have a widget, etc, in bzr-gtk. So I think this bug still applies to bzr-gtk. I think it is reasonable to have this bug be about the bzr-gtk integration of auto-detection.

For example, consider this a desire to have bzr-gtk integrate with the "auto-rename" plugin. Though I think this bug is more about using inotify or some other technique for doing it automatically, rather than as an explicit command.
