Bug Description
With libgrip in place and evince running with gesture support, we need to add eog to the list of supported apps. There is more gesture functionality we need to support in eog, but let's start with the basic ones that evince already has:
* prev/next
* rotate
* zoom in/out (smooth)

I bumped the importance of this down in order to concentrate on evince-gesture more initially. There are several use cases that we have not developed features for yet, and I want to make sure we cover those first, before moving on to eog.
