Bug Description

Once we've got next/prev working in presentation mode (bug #644518), we can explore sweet transitions with gestures. The following conditions should apply:
 * we enable this only if a user is using gestures
    - but what about consistency? between using a gesture and an arrow key?
    - do we really want those to be different experiences?)
 * we enable this only if no transitions are defined in the PDF
 * this may be a lot of work; Cody will chat with upstream to get a level of effort estimate
    - if it's too much, we'll push this out for later (and move onto eog!)
