GNOME -> Ubuntu Desktop Edition (Gnome)

Failsafe GNOME -> Ubuntu Desktop Edition (Gnome) Safe Mode
* This is a patch in debian/patches/11_add_failstae_option.patch
Also would like to change the description of Failsafe Gnome to better describe what it does. This description should say something in the area of:
"Disables compiz and user startup programs on log in."
If this is agreed. I can create the patch for both if needed. See picture to see how it looks.
