Can you please locate the path to this file? If it lives in the ESP partition or it in reality lives in the Recovery Partition which in your case should be nvme0n1p1 and nvme0n1p2 respectively.

/efi.factory/boot/bootx64.efi

fwupd should only scan the ESP partition for potential efi executables.
