Accepted thermald into jammy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/thermald/2.4.9-1ubuntu0.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Tested on DPLVR-MTE-EVT-C1 (202206-30359) which has Raptor Lake. Enable -proposed channel and install thermald 2.4.9-1ubuntu0.1 from it. Check with systemctl, thermald works correctly.
