Comment 2 for bug 1858810

Based on comments #20 to #23 in bug 1853369, I think the root cause for Joseph's device is a regression in intel-microcode package. While I don't have enough info to determine whether bug 1853369 actually shares the same root cause, the duplication relationship is removed so that I can work on this issue separately first.
