Upower has been deprecated

Hello,

Hibernate and suspend functionality in Upower has been depreceated since around February 2013. Consequently:

1. There is no longer any need to list upower as a dependency
2. The suspend and hibernate commands that still seem to use upower no longer work. As system-d commands are already being used for other functions in /etc/oblogout.conf, I would recommend using it for these as well:

suspend = systemctl suspend
hibernate = systemctl hibernate

Anyway, my thanks to everyone involved for your work on this excellent utility!
