Bug Description

I absolutely love Madeon, Porter, and Flume's styles. As you guys probably know, they all use launch pads, so I'm thinking about getting one. I feel like for live performances it would be a great thing to incorporate, but I still need to improve my electronic music production skills before I start performing live anyway. Plus, I would need to learn EDM production in Ableton when I mainly make Indie Rock music in Logic. Would getting a launch pad take too long to learn and possibly inhibit my progress or would it be beneficial in learning electronic music and useful in the future? Should I just focus on production and my other stuff for now?
